Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G5, SKOR2, and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with MAOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAOB-to-partner and partner-to-MAOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G5 grouped by MAOB-low versus MAOB-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
