MANF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,684 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDCP1, FNDC3B, and PLAUR. Each is linked with MANF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANF-to-partner and partner-to-MANF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANF versus CDCP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
