Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MANF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL763P, MIR3155A, and NPM1P45. Each is linked with MANF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANF-to-partner and partner-to-MANF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL763P grouped by MANF-low versus MANF-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
