MANEA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANEA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, CHAF1A, and RPL21P31. Each is linked with MANEA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANEA-to-partner and partner-to-MANEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by MANEA-low versus MANEA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
