Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANBAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MANBAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, PTP4A1P4, and HMGB1P22. Each is linked with MANBAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBAL-to-partner and partner-to-MANBAL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by MANBAL-low versus MANBAL-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANBAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANBAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
