MANBA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANBA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAV, ITGB5, and RAI14. Each is linked with MANBA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBA-to-partner and partner-to-MANBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANBA versus ITGAV in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
