Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANBA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MANBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC3, EXOSC2, and GPNMB. Each is linked with MANBA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANBA-to-partner and partner-to-MANBA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANBA versus SMC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
