Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAN2B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAN2B2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAN2B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAN2B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where MAN2B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
