Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,428 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAN2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, BCL7A, and ERCC3. Each is linked with MAN2A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2A1 versus CEP68 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
