MAN2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC3, SNRPA, and UBE2K. Each is linked with MAN2A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAC3 grouped by MAN2A1-low versus MAN2A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
