Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1C1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAN1C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1A, AOC3, and ABCA6. Each is linked with MAN1C1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1C1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN1C1 versus PDE1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
