MAN1C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1C1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, PDCD4, and TSC1. Each is linked with MAN1C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LKB1 grouped by MAN1C1-low versus MAN1C1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
