Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN1C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,105 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Peroxisome organization. Each is linked with MAN1C1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1C1 results are reported.
