Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,139 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAN1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, Nucleotide-sugar biosynthetic process, and Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway involved in dorsal/ventral neural tube patterning. Each is linked with MAN1B1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1B1 results are reported.
