Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,371 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein catabolic process, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with MAN1B1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1B1 results are reported.
