Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMSTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,612 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAMSTR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with MAMSTR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMSTR-to-partner and partner-to-MAMSTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by MAMSTR-low versus MAMSTR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
