Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMSTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAMSTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17 and CDH9. Each is linked with MAMSTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMSTR-to-partner and partner-to-MAMSTR results are reported.
