Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,848 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP253, C1orf115, and CMYA5. Each is linked with MAML3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML3-to-partner and partner-to-MAML3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
