Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,344 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP1, TSPY26P, and TIMM22. Each is linked with MAML3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML3-to-partner and partner-to-MAML3 results are reported.
