MAMDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, ANHX, and LAIR2. Each is linked with MAMDC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC4-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by MAMDC4-low versus MAMDC4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
