Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B6P, DSN1, and DDX19B. Each is linked with MAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B6P grouped by MAL2-low versus MAL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
