Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, C-Raf, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAL2 results are reported.
