Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,302 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of iron ion transport, Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with MAL2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MAL2 results are reported.
