MAL2-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAL2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,991 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAL2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAL2, PLCL2, and CAMSAP3_S334. Each is linked with MAL2-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAL2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAL2-AS1 versus MAL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAL2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAL2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
