Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEST1, RASGRP4, and CXCR2. Each is linked with MAK16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK16-to-partner and partner-to-MAK16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
