MAK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GABPA, NELFB, and NELFE. Each is linked with MAK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK-to-partner and partner-to-MAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAK versus GABPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
