Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,657 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTF1, RBM5_S624, and RICTOR_S1235. Each is linked with MAK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK-to-partner and partner-to-MAK results are reported.
