Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF2P1, NDRG3, and CCT5. Each is linked with MAK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK-to-partner and partner-to-MAK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF2P1 grouped by MAK-low versus MAK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
