Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Regulation of protein localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with MAK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK-to-partner and partner-to-MAK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus grouped by MAK-low versus MAK-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
