MAGOHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGOHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,420 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGOHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WBP11, NIP7, and DDX47. Each is linked with MAGOHB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOHB-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGOHB versus WBP11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGOHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGOHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
