Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGOH2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,812 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGOH2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNB2, HSP90AB1_S226, and NFIX. Each is linked with MAGOH2P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGOH2P-to-partner and partner-to-MAGOH2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGOH2P versus LMNB2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGOH2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGOH2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
