MAGIX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGIX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,321 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGIX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO9B, KRT17_S13, and UBASH3B. Each is linked with MAGIX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGIX-to-partner and partner-to-MAGIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGIX versus MYO9B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
