MAGI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP188, CEP76, and KIF2C. Each is linked with MAGI3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI3-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP188 grouped by MAGI3-low versus MAGI3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
