MAGI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,941 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, MYH10, and PRELP. Each is linked with MAGI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
