Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGI2-AS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAGI2-AS3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MAGI2-AS3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAGI2-AS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ACC show a favorable association.

UVM, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where MAGI2-AS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
