Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGED4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,886 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGED4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic programming in the zygotic pronuclei, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with MAGED4B in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED4B-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED4B results are reported.
