Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGED4B RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAGED4B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MAGED4B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAGED4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and GBM show a favorable association.
COAD, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where MAGED4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
