The most reproducible MAGED4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with MAGED4B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGED4B-to-partner and partner-to-MAGED4B results are reported.
