MAGEC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD13C, IGFLR1, and SSX3. Each is linked with MAGEC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEC2 versus ANKRD13C in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
