MAGEB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,224 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEA6, MAGEA2, and CT45A10. Each is linked with MAGEB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB2 versus MAGEA6 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
