Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,515 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K11-linked ubiquitination, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with MAGEB18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB18-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB18 results are reported.
