Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,553 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 3'-end processing, Regulation of DNA repair, and Glycosylation. Each is linked with MAGEB10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB10-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB10 results are reported.
