Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGEB10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of MAGEB10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where MAGEB10 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types MAGEB10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as PRAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.

PRAD, LIHC, and THCA are the cancer types where MAGEB10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
