Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGEB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGU, BCL2L12, and NDUFS6. Each is linked with MAGEB10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB10-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGU grouped by MAGEB10-low versus MAGEB10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
