MAGEB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO7B, ZNF106, and CNKSR2. Each is linked with MAGEB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB10-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO7B grouped by MAGEB10-low versus MAGEB10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
