MAGEA9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,463 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA9B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Mitochondrial translation, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with MAGEA9B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA9B-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial gene expression grouped by MAGEA9B-low versus MAGEA9B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
