The most reproducible MAGEA9B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Membrane protein proteolysis, and Regulation of mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with MAGEA9B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA9B-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA9B results are reported.
