MAGEA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG3, INTS9, and NFKBIB. Each is linked with MAGEA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA8-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGEA8 versus NDRG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
