MAGEA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPM2, PSAT1P4, and VTRNA2-2P. Each is linked with MAGEA8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA8-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPM2 grouped by MAGEA8-low versus MAGEA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
