MAGEA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, RNA5SP198, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with MAGEA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA4-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 grouped by MAGEA4-low versus MAGEA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
